Scriptures to Strength Your Faith

“For though we live in the world, we do not wage war as the world does. The weapons we fight with are not the weapons of the world. On the contrary, they have divine power to demolish strongholds.

We demolish arguments and every pretension that sets itself up against the knowledge of God, and we take captive every thought to make it obedient to Christ.” 2 Cor. 10: 3-5

“As is my word that goes out from my mouth; It will not return to me empty, but will accomplish what I desire and achieve the purpose for which I sent it. You will go out in joy and be led forth in peace; the mountains and the hills will burst into song before you, and the trees of the field will clap their hands.”
Isaiah 55: 11-12

“You are my witnesses,” declares the LORD, “and my servant whom I have chosen, so that you may know and believe me and understand that I am He. I, even I, am the LORD, and apart from me there is no savior. I have revealed and saved and proclaimed – I, and not some foreign god among you. You are my witnesses, “declares the LORD,” that I am God.” Isaiah 43: 10-12

“Yours, my LORD, is the greatness and the power and the glory and the majesty and the splendor, for everything in heaven and on earth is yours. Yours, my own Heavenly Father, is the kingdom and you are exalted as head above all.” 1 Chron. 29: 11

“My Father, Your kingdom, and your domain endures throughout all generations. You, my LORD, are faithful to all your promises and loving toward all you have made.” Psalm 145: 13

“How great you are, My God! You are beyond my understanding! The number of your years is past finding out. You draw up the drops of water, which distill as rain to the streams; the clouds pour down their moisture and abundant showers fall on mankind. Who can understand how you spread out the clouds, how you thunder from your pavilion?” Job 36: 26-29

“Oh, Soverign LORD, you have made the heavens and the earth by your great power and outstretched arm. Nothing is too hard for you!” Jeremiah 32: 17

“You, my Father, are my loving God and my fortress, my stronghold and my deliverer, my shield, in whom I take refuge, who subdues people under me.” Psalm 144: 2

“My Father and my God, you are not a man, that you should lie, not a son of man, that you should change your mind. I thank you that when you speak, you act. And what you promise, you fulfill.” Numbers 23:19

“Lord of heaven, in every faith walk I encounter, keep working with me until you can victoriously boast, ‘You believe at last!’” John 16: 31

“Show me your ways, O LORD, teach me your paths; guide me in your truth and teach me, for you are my God and my Savior, and my hope is in you all day long.” Psalm 25: 4-5

“Lord God, you are near to all who call on you, to all who call on you in truth.” Psalm 145: 18

“I call on you, O God, for you will answer me; give ear to me and hear my prayer.

Show the wonder of your great love, you who save by your right hand those who take refuge in you from their foes. Keep me as the apple of your eye; hide me in the shadows of your wings.” Psalm 17: 6-8

“O LORD, you are good and your love endures forever; your faithfulness continues through all generations.” Psalm 100: 5

“What blessed relief comes when we finally fall on our knees and humble ourselves before God. It is exhausting to insist on thinking so highly of oneself with such mounting evidence to the contrary.”

Dwell on this: Beth Moore – praying God’s Word: “Faith is not believing in my own unshakable belief. Faith is believing an unshakable God when everything in me trembles and quakes.”

“Once again today…God has a will for your life, Christ has a word for your life, and the Holy Spirit has a way for your life. Nothing is impossible.”

I hope you will read these scriptures and thoughts, over and over again. Believe their words. They will breathe faith into your soul and mind.

In His love,

Pastor Leonard
